Cycling FAQ

What is the trail like?
The Trail follows an old railway and is mostly flat for easy cycling. It is a 17.5 mile multi-use trail system that runs along the Reedy
River connecting Travelers Rest and the city of Greenville.

Is it safe?
Yes, the trail is very safe, well-marked and patrolled by the Greenville Sheriff’s department. Every 1/10 of a mile there is stencil
on the trail marking exact locations. The city has an E-911 Emergency action plan in place using these location markers.
